Affordable Double Room Available in Bramley

I have a double room available to rent with a shared bathroom from 01/03/26. My current housemate is moving away so I'm looking for someone to replace her.

The room comes with the wardrobes and chest of drawers. The living room and kitchen are both fully furnished and there is a large cellar with a washing machine and plenty of storage space. This house is a mid-terrace back to back so there are three neighbours and there is no back garden. There is a small garden at the front of the house with hedges that we are expected to keep tidy. There is on-street parking but the road does tend to get pretty full, however you can park at the bottom of the street if you can't find a spot.

The rent is £350 and the bills work out at about £150 a month (council tax band A)

About me: My name is Shep, I'm 31, non-binary and neurodivergent. I work from home 4 days a week and am a bit of a homebody so I am in the house most of the time.

I studied music at university and sing in a choir in my free time. I love video games and crafts so it would be great to find someone with similar interests. I'm not really a party person so if you are one for loud, late nights we probably wouldn't be the best fit!

I have an 8 year old cat who is quite nervous and has never lived with any other animals so unfortunately I would not be able to accept any other pets joining us.
