En-Suite Double Newly Renovated!

Hi there,

My name is Harvey, I am the current Tenant in this AMAZING house! I will unfortunately be moving out due to work relocation, but still have a 6 month lease (up until Sept 25) on the room in this property.

The room itself is all bills included, fully furnished, great space for working professionals, fitted with a desk, big wardrobe, double bed, and plenty of space (trust me I'm a musician who has a lot of equipment and it all fit in with no issue!)

The En-Suite bathroom is great! great tall shower (I'm 6'2 and was absolutely fine) Nice mirror/cupboard that fits a lot of stuff in, sink, and toilet.

The house is literally across the road from Aldi, you can see it through the window of the room, so perfect for someone with or without a car as a supermarket is right outside. There is PARKING outside the front (roadside, but always has spots available) and back of the house (one designated spot at back).

PureGym is next door (2 min walk) as well as Bramley Train station about a 10 min walk away. Bus routes on the street that the house is on going directly into leeds and Bradford.

The current tenants (housemates) are lovely and really welcoming. All professional housemates.
