THis is a lovely flat, its the top 2 floors of the 4 bed terrace I own and rent out. I am local landlord and I live fairly local myself so I am around if needed. ITs also advertised on open rent website.
I'm letting the whole flat OR rooms in the flat depending on demand and who comes first -
I'm letting the whole flat for £900 plus your usual bills which I would suggest you budget for around £300 at most a month (water, ctax, elec and gas)
OR rooms from £550 to £600 (£50 0f this rent goes towards the house bills and those renting will need to pay more if the bills are larger...... so more than £200 a month......which is based on previous tenants bills)
I am looking for:-
tenants over 25 years old, mature and sensible and "clean" you need to keep the flat clean.
in full time employment preferred...... I will be asking for references.
Tenancy will be in one persons name but I am happy for you to take a ladger to split the costs between yourselves, but that person is wholly responsible to myself as the landlord for rent and the bond etc.
No pets as its and upstairs apartment not ground floor.
I am also advertising the flat as rooms in a shared flat but the rent per room will higher due to the stressful logistics that I have to deal with as a landlord.

Large lounge area with a sofa and easy chairs. THe pictures dont quite show how the room will be once the present tenants have left on the 9th Jan.
Bathroom has a shower over the bath, so keeps elec costs down as its fed from the gas combi boiler. Nice functional and easy to clean bathroom.
Kitchen is a great size and has al lthe pots and pans and crockery/cutlery you will need as it was an airbnb for a while.
Has also a fan assisted oven, less than a year old, gas hob, modern fridge freezer and 9kg washing machine.. again 1 year old.
Microwave, but no kettle.
