Double Room to Rent

Hiya, my names Katie and I'm looking for a lodger or for someone to rent my spare room. I live in Bramley, Leeds and i own this property. The room is Clean, bright and fully furnished and i have recently just bought both the bed and the mattress. There are fitted wardrobes which has loads of storage space and i'm more then happy for someone to make it their own, however they may want it decorated etc.

I have uploaded photos of both the room and communal spaces, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and the back garden. Downstairs is all open plan so really important i find someone that i get along with and someone i can communicate well with.

I am a friendly, happy and sociable person and tend not to be around too much over the summer. I love to travel and explore in my campervan and work at quite a few festivals. I do have a little girl, she's 10, and she is here 50% of the time so I am looking for a kind genuine person that takes care of my home whilst I'm away and someone i can trust around my child.

I do smoke but I do this outside in my garden so I have no preference either way about this. Sometimes I have friends over for BBQ'S or small gatherings and I would be happy for the right person to also be able to enjoy the space with their friends. I'm happy to do a three month contract and see how we get along if needed. Would like someone to treat my place like home but that also means picking up the hoover once in a while ;). Or taking it it turns with the bathroom.
