Double room in nice relaxed house

Hi there,

We have a fully furnished room available in our house. The room is a medium sized double with comfy, high quality mattress and is available straight away.

The house is spacious and the rent includes all bills and crazy fast broadband. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac with on-street parking and is only a minute's walk from the supermarket, bus station and pub. Bramley train station is a 10 minute walk and is one stop to the city centre, it takes under 10 minutes.

Living in the house is Chris, Neil and Josh. All are easygoing professionals in their 20s who get on well, work normal hours and like to keep the place clean and tidy. They're looking for anyone similar to share with.

The contract is 6 months, but ideally we're looking for someone to stay for a while. I’m a private landlord and have been renting rooms in Leeds for 15 years, I never charge fees and have a good relationship with all my tenants.
