Room in shared house with two friendly professional males, one equally lovely lady, and two black cats. Very laid back and relaxed atmosphere, quite sedate during the week (have to get up for work) but more sociable at the weekends.

House is newly decorated throughout, new kitchen, bathroom/wc, and additional downstairs wc. Large conservatory, and lovely garden which is bbq-tastic. The bedroom is furnished including bed, mattress, and wardrobe. Shelves and bedside table are available if desired.

It's a small double, but I would consider swapping the bed to a single if necessary. The rest of the house is very spacious though, so plenty of space to chill out in.

£280 per calendar month includes: gas, electric, council tax, water rates, tv licence, wifi, and cable tv in the lounge.
