Hi all,

I am currently renting a 2 bedroom modern apartment in Bramley LS13, with a friend who is shortly ready to move on. I have available a furnished double bedroom and separate bathroom with both a bath and shower. I have an en-suite so the second bathroom would be for your personal use only.

The property is located in an area with good bus and train links, which makes it easy to commute to the city centre. In addition to this, the property also has on site private parking, and a bike lock-up, which is suitable for push bikes and motorcycles.

I am 23 years old and a project manager for an engineering company. I like to keep fit, eat healthy and socialise with friends. I am looking for someone clean, sensible and reliable to share this property with me.
