Double attic room

Hi there...
I have an attic room for rent. The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The house is a mid terrace with living room, large kitchen and a cellar which you can use for storage if needed. House also has fast unlimited fibre broadband.

You'll be sharing with myself (owner). I'm easy going, friendly but also like my space. I have a busy job so keep it quiet in the week. I enjoy sports, gym, cooking, reading, chilling out, TV. I've had lodgers in the past and lived in house shares prior to that so fully comfortable with the setup.

Looking for someone who will tidy up after themselves and is not afraid to help with cleaning/chores. Looking for someone who works and is on a similar schedule to me (9-5) and someone who is mature and looking for a quiet place to live. No night shift workers or party animals.

Lots of amenities close by - 2 pubs, one is a 2 mins walk and Weatherspoons is a 10 min walk. Puregym, Aldi, as well as Bramley centre (bus station Tesco, etc) are also only 10 mins walk away. Plenty of bus routes and also Bramley station (one stop into city centre) also nearby as well as Bramley Park. City centre is about a 10 min drive during off peak as are Kirkstall Abbey and Headingley. Short term welcome.
