Double room in spacious 4 bed house

An attic room in a spacious and cheap 4 bed house in burley park. Two minute walk from the train station and coop. Also close to bus routes so ideal for travel to both universitits. The basement is used to practice in once to twice a week by our band (apart from me, 2 of 4 band members still live in the house). Can't be heard in the attic room but will need to have a keen interest in music.
£77 including rent, water, gas, electric and Internet but doesn't include council tax. If you won't be a student it's £84 a week for everything. So a bargin really.
