Huge double room in massive apartment!

Looking for someone tidy and friendly to move in! My current flatmate moves out 1st May, and the room will be available from the 1st of June (an earlier move in dates could be arranged).

It’s a massive double bedroom with built in wardrobes, and access to its own walk in shower room. The room is fully furnished apart from a bedframe that you would need to provide, as the current tenant is taking it with him. There is however a decent mattress being left.

There’s a huge balcony covered with thick fake turf, has a pub bench and additional modern furniture.
There’s lots of free on-street parking, and Burley Park train station is literally 1 minute walk away.

Including bills you’re looking at around £825 a month all in.

I run an electrical company and work from home most of the time. I love sports, going out drinking and eating, and I’m very tidy.
