The house comprises of 2 bathrooms, a large lounge and large kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is also high speed WiFi and Sky Movies and Sports, all included within the monthly price!

The house itself is regularly cleaned and well kept.

The current tenants are all really friendly. Everybody gets along well and are sociable liking to share time together but also respecting each others need to have their own space.
TAKEN - Room 1 a double on the first floor with a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and bed side chest of draws. Its got a wooden polished floor which gives it extra character and it has a large window. Available from the 17th March and on at £480.
The second room is on the second floor and is a large double with King sized bed, wardrobe table and chest of draws. This room is on at £500 pcm.
