This double room is a gem and needs to be snapped up quick! It's a really beautiful victorian terraced with loads of light and space. There is a nice yard at the front, which gets lots of sun in summer! Burley Park station is 2mins away and 10 min walk to Kirkstall/Headingley. Also very good links to the city centre.


There are currently 3 lovely people living in the house who are a mix of ages and occupations from freelance dancing and working in HR. Everyone is very sociable and cook/watch films together etc but also respect privacy. The house is really clean and is more of a home than a shared house. So they would like someone who is relaxed and friendly and will become a part of their home.


There is no deposit to pay and some of the bills are included. Gas and electricity are on top but generally they come to £30ish a month.
