Spacious attic room in Burley available in July

Hey!

Our housemate is moving out in the summer, so we're after someone to take over his room.

It's a spacious, airy attic room set over the whole of the top floor, which comes fully furnished with a double bed.

We're two professionals- I'm graduating in summer- and we're both pretty chilled, so we're not after someone who's gonna be wanting to throw huge parties or anything. We're both heavy into music/are both musicians but also aren't unreasonable people (so no, I won't wake you up with a sick drum solo at 4am).

As far as the rest of the house goes, the living room is nice and spacious and when the drum kit that's in there at the minute goes, we'll probably get some shelves and plants and make it look all pretty and nice.

The kitchen isn't huge but hasn't given us any issues, we've got enough space to put everything we want in there. Unless you're mega into the gym and planning on a £100 musclefood order every week, you'll have enough space for food in the fridge and freezer.

It's in a great location, literally 3 minutes walk from One Stop and Burley Road for buses, Burley Park train station also isn't too far away. And then you've got everything on Kirkstall Road: more buses, Asda, Iceland, Starbucks, Greggs and everything in Cardigan Fields under 10 minutes walk away. Nice and easy to get into town, it's about a 30-40 minute walk to get onto The Headrow straight down Burley Road.

Bills aren't extortionate, I pay roughly around £400 per month plus council tax, which is Band A. So if you're on a budget, you'll be sound.
