2 bright double rooms - bills & cleaner incl

We are looking for a clean and tidy easy going professional for a minimum of 9 months to share my cosy back to back terrace. I am the owner and live at the property but am working abroad for the next 9 months so much of the time it would be you and my other lodger, but I would come and go. There is on street parking, lots of buses down Burley Road and Kirkstall Road. You can walk to town in about 30-45 minutes. Close to cinema, bars and restaurant. We have a small front yard, perfect for relaxing in the evenings! I'm ideally looking for a professional (but would consider a post grad or mature student). We're a friendly but quiet house as we are both often out and have different interests. If you were looking for a party house this is not for you, but if you want to just chill out in the evenings and do your own thing you'd fit in well. We also have a super chilled and friendly cat so don't leave your food unattended!
