All appliances are fully functioning and the furniture is included and mostly brand new.

Both housemates are long term friends of mine and have a lot of personality. Very easy to get along with. They are both second years students so they know how it feels to enter a new home with total strangers and are very accompanying. Domestically they are both tidy but not uptight/naggy.

Both are very outgoing but are self aware and able to relax and chill out.

I am moving for financial reasons and I am really sad to be leaving them.

For whoever is lucky enough to take on this lovely property with lovely people, I know you’ll have a proper laugh!
