Studio Apartment - Burley

I am looking at having someone take over my studio apartment, 2 minutes from Burley Park Station due to new situations. Its £475 a month including water. Electricity from Octopus Energy costs £28.40 and then whatever the cost of Internet is if necessary. The contract is until June 2021 and would want it taken over asap if possible.
