I am looking for a female replacement to takeover my tenancy in a 3 bedroom modern flat. My two friends are going to be living there, and they are lovely sociable girls. They are both in their final year and still love a good night out in moderation. The ideal flatmate has to be clean and an easy going girl. Large apartment situated in a popular area besides Cardigan Fields. On a main bus route into the city centre. Large living room with laminate flooring and ample seating. Three good sizes bedrooms all with double beds, desks, chairs and wardrobes. Bathroom with bath and shower. Off street parking to the rear. Double glazing and central heating.
