My names Kathryn. I currently have a lovely large double ensuite bedroom available in my home. The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table, double bed and desk, Internet and ariel socket.
The rest of the house comprises of a small hall, kitchen diner with stairs leading to 2 bedrooms upstairs, both ensuites, downstairs toilet, living room and garden. Parking space.
The rent would include all bills. (Council tax, Gas, Electric, Water, TV licence, Internet)
Will consider short term lets aswell as anything up to 1 year.
This is a new build house (built in Dec 2019) and newly decorated so I would like someone who would treat the house as there home, keeping it clean and tidy.
I currently work from home full time, go to the gym, walks or chill on weekday evenings.
