The bedroom is a nicely decorated room, with a wardrobe and space to add a chest of drawers. The other facilities are shared and include a spacious lounge, shower-bathroom and the kitchen. This is non-smoking house and there is a friendly pet cat.

In return for this lower-cost opportunity you are asked to do some helpful and sociable tasks around the home including occasional shared meals, help taking deliveries if the householder is out, basic gardening, and sometimes outings. Occasionally feeding the cat.

The female live-in homeowner is seeking a female sharer and has a reasonable preference for female sharers.

The home is near to Kirkstall abbey and the local retail and shopping facilities. It has good access to the universities and is not far from the main bus routes and the local Kirkstall forge railway station.

Eligibility:
Suitable for someone who has the right to rent in the UK and:
- is a non-smoker
- agrees to reference and police DBS checks/ overseas police checks
- is available and committed to help 10 hours every week with practical activities including housework, hoovering and occasional errands, living as part of the household in a friendly and supportive way.
- can afford the monthly fees : £180 per month plus bills: £80 and £30 council tax each month.
£50 one-off fee, if you move into the property.
