Im looking for someone to take over my tenancy from August 1st for 12 months! It is located only 10 minutes from the University of Leeds and Hyde Park! (And only a 2 Minute walk to the local pub :) )
You'd have the whole floor to yourself!
The room is on the first floor with the bathroom and a spare room next to it. I used that space as an office/study room, so i had two rooms for myself.
The Monthly rent is 390. But a breakdown of outgoing costs:
Rent = 390
Bills (wifi, water, energy) = 70
Total = 460 pcm
It's a pet friednly household.
The walk to the city centre is only 25 min and by bus it's 10 min.
