The property is located in the Beechwood area of Burley, just a few minutes’ walk from Burley train station. It’s a 15-minute walk to Headingley and a 10-minute walk to Kirkstall, making it an ideal location for anyone working in Leeds city centre or the surrounding areas.
The room available is my current room, located on the middle floor, with the main bathroom right next to it. I also have a desk setup in the living room, including a second monitor, which is available for use and ideal for working from home.
The room is available as I’ll be visiting friends in Australia for three months, from the start of March until the end of May. I live with my friend, who works in the city centre and has his room on the top floor.
The rest of the house is clean, modern, and fully furnished. It includes a spacious living room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the appliances you could need. There is also a small yard space outside the front door.
I’m looking for someone of a similar age and with similar interests to my friend who already lives here, but I’m otherwise open to anyone who is interested in renting the room for the duration of my time in Australia.
