Double attic room with en suite

It’s an en suite top room with a double bed, in my house in Burley, next to the allotments with a south facing front yard. We are looking for a professional ideally around our ages which is 24/4, but are not discriminatory. The en suite has a toilet and shower for your personal use. We are a friendly young couple inhabiting the 1st floor bedroom, and I run my business from the property so we aren’t looking for a party person. We have two dogs of our own, who are well natured but would require a confident dog person to be moving in, as we also board friends dogs overnight from time to time.
