This room comes fully furnished with a desk, two wardrobes, drawers, and bedside table. Brand new bedding supplied.

You would be sharing the house with one other person only. You would essentially have sole use of the front room and the other tenant makes frequent trips away so would have the house to yourself fairly often. The only thing you would really be sharing would be the kitchen.

Street parking, always plenty of space.

I ask that people stay for a minimum of 6 months. Short term let’s would but considered but this would be an extra cost.
