Double en-suite room available in Burley

Hi! I am looking for a new housemate to take over the second room in a two bedroom flat which will be available from the end of November. My current housemate is moving out due to work commitments.

The room available is a good sized double room with an ensuite. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and set of drawers.

The flat is located on the second floor and has a shared living room which connects to the kitchen and there is on-street parking available for those with cars.

The area is generally quiet and is a pleasant place to live. There is a co-op 5 minutes walk and a larger superstore a 10 minute walk the other way. Bills are not included in the rent, and together with council tax are approximatly £165 per person, per month (including water, electricity and high speed broadband). The council tax band is B.

A bit about me: I currently work office hours in the NHS but in my spare time I enjoy getting out in nature, doing something crafty, or spending time with my partner or friends.

I’m looking for a likeminded, easy going and respectful housemate. Someone I can have a chat with in the kitchen or watch an episode on tv with but is respectful of others alone time too.
The flat would suit someone that is looking for a homely, cosy and chill vibe.
