The house is on a quiet street but with great nearby facilities. There is a coffee shop and shop at the bottom of the street. There are fantastic bus links to town with a bus stop a stone’s throw away at the bottom of the road. You can be in the city centre in 10-15 mins or walk if you’re inclined to do so! Headingley is a 15 minute walk away. Close to fantastic spots around Burley/Kirkstall - Cardigan Arms, Left Bank, Chunk, and Kirkstall Road.
The house has been recently refurbished with a couple of odd small ends left to do. There is a large kitchen diner which is a great place for dinner parties as well as a good sized living room with large TV and Netflix. Additionally there is a home office/spare room available for your use should you occasionally work from home.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

I’m a 34 year old teacher so I’m out for much of the day during term time and I like to relax, cook and chill in the evening. I like to keep fit, enjoy cooking, reading and socialising. I’ve lived here for nearly 3 years and I love it!
I’m tidy, conscientious and respectful of your space. My current housemate is leaving as they have bought a house - not because I’m terrible to live with (I think)!
About you:
Friendly and up for a laugh. I’ve met a few friends through Spare Room in the past and it would be nice to have someone who is both a friend and a housemate. Obviously being tidy and respectful regarding noise is important, I’m not one for late late nights or the sesh anymore!
