The house is on a quiet street but with great nearby facilities. There are two coffee shops at the bottom of the street and a corner shop. There are fantastic bus links to town with a bus stop a stone’s throw away at the bottom of the road. You can be in the city centre in 10-15 mins or walk in around 40 minutes. Headingley is a 15 minute walk away. Close to fantastic spots around Burley/Kirkstall - Cardigan Arms, Left Bank, Chunk, and Kirkstall Road.
The house has been recently refurbished with a couple of odd small ends left to do. There is a large kitchen diner which is a great place for dinner parties as well as a good sized living room with large TV and Netflix. Additionally there is a home office/spare room available for your use should you occasionally work from home.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

Good sized furnished double room looking out over the garden and trees/playing field at the back. Nice, bright and quiet. All bills are included.

I’m a 35 year old teacher so I’m out for much of the day during term time and I like to relax, cook and chill in the evening. I like to keep fit, enjoy cooking, reading and socialising. I’ve lived here for 4 years and I love it!
I’m tidy, conscientious and respectful of your space. My current housemate is leaving as they are moving in with their partner.
About you:
Friendly and up for a laugh. I’ve met a few friends through Spare Room in the past and it would be nice to have someone who is both a friend and a housemate. Obviously being tidy and respectful regarding noise is important, I’m not one for late late nights or the sesh anymore.
