Seeking fourth housemate

Hello, we (1 female and 2 male professionals) are looking for a housemate for a 4 bed house that we have already secured and plan to move into on the 1st of July 2024.
This house is in a great location, right by Burley Park train station, it has a small front garden, an open plan kitchen/living room and two bathrooms.
Rent is £495 per person per month which includes all bills except for council tax (Band A) which we will sort out between us (if you are a student you will not have to pay council tax).
We are quite chilled. We all enjoy socialising and spending time in communal areas but we also like our own space.
