Double room available in Burley!

I'm looking for a housemate from mid August to take up the spacious loft room in this 2 bed back to back terrace house on Barnbrough street in Burley.

My current housemate and I both have cats but after 3 years of trying to get them to be friends, it's best if they're in single cat households.

We have no opposite neighbours which is a rarity for this area. Our immediate neighbours are friendly and quiet young professionals.

You'd be living with me (I work full time from the office as a civil servant) and my 10 year old cat.

I'm often home at weekends and evenings but equally I'm out a fair bit, but I'm not as much of a party animal as I used to be. I am a people person but I do like my downtime to recharge my batteries too and generally keep it quiet in the week. I'm often out on walks, out at gigs, events or the pub.

It would be nice to find someone and that would like to hang out occasionally/shares similar interests and potentially be friends!

Always very happy to rearrange the shared spaces and make room so it works for both of us.

My cat is pretty chill, she can be very affectionate (on her terms!) she likes to hang out with people, can sometimes be a bit aloof and likes her own space.

She's been used to having housemates in various places over the years and loves a lap to sit on, will be your best mate for treats. She goes outdoors rather than use the litter tray. She doesn't really ever go in the loft.
