Double Furnished Room in Burley

Hello! Unfortunately, our housemate is moving out, so we're looking for a fourth person for her room.

Rent is £456.25 a month, with unlimited bills around £100. We're located in Burley with bus stops being 1 min - 6 mins walk away, and Burley Park 10 mins away. There is on-street parking available. Council Tax Band B.

The house has two bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen and living room. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets due to the lease.

We're all queer, neurodiverse and creative mature students (22, 23 and 29). We're all very sociable and love a natter in the kitchen, but also value our private time. We like a chill environment, we're not really party people.
