My room is available for tenancy take over from 1st July - £115 per week including all bills. I am happy to pay half of the July and August rent to secure a quick take over of tenancy as I am moving to Manchester and need to find accommodation there!
Sharing with 3 girls and 1 guy who are a lovely bunch - clean, tidy friendly and fun - all going into 2nd year at Leeds Art University. The house is great with on street parking, good sized rooms, communal living area and kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers.
Close to shops, pubs and a short walk or bus ride to the universities and city centre.
