Whole House Sublet, all bills included

I am looking for somebody to move into my house for 3 months. I am flexible on dates but must be September - November.

I will be moving personal items into the spare room and locking it, but the entire house will be empty.

Double attic room up for grabs, all furnished and bills included.
Rent will be 750 per month, no need for contracts or checks and will all be done through me.

WiFi, water, gas electric, council tax included.

Ideal for somebody needing a short term let close to city centre.
