I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a gorg 2 bedroom flat in Burley! Currently living with my friend but looking for someone to take over.
Rent is £499.70p/m and bills are paid separately which are roughly £135 p/m (this includes council tax of £67p/m).
The bedroom I’m looking to get taken over is the biggest in the flat (see pic) that comes with a desk, mirror, draws, lamp and two bedside tables. The bathroom is shared.
My flatmate is the best flatmate anyone could ask for and super sociable & also very clean and tidy! Looking to do viewings so you can meet her too!

This house is super close to the train station and bus links that get you into town quickly. Vue cinema is only a 13 min walk and you also have Headingly right round the corner! So the location is pretty amazing!
