Double room

Hi!
I’m looking for a replacement for my tenancy. It’s a double room, quite spacious. Comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, a working desk with a couple of draws and a chair, and a double wardrobe (I have a mirror, and a additional 3-layer storage trolley rack which I’m happy to leave behind if we can work out a deal x)

The kitchen is spacious, has a washer/dryer along with other basic bits like a toaster, microwave, an oven and a kettle, and the living room has a smart TV.

All bills are included in the rent along with the council tax.

It’s a pretty spacious room, good locality. About 5 minutes walk to the Burley train station and few minutes walk to 3 bus stops (Royal Park Rd, Cardigan Road stop, Mayville avenue stop).
