The house is in a great location and the house itself is clean, functional and friendly. The house has two bathrooms, front garden, new kitchen, separate utilities room including dryer and you'll be living with two other young professionals.
The other housemates are my younger brother who is a musician and is out most weekends gigging, and his gf who is a dancer and works in retail. They are 24/25, have their own bathroom, and live on the top floor.. They do their own thing but are certainly up meeting new likeminded people and getting involved in social stuff with new housemates.
Myself and my old brother own the house. I work in London and he does the same in Barcelona. We keep one room for ourselves and are rarely at the house.
We would like to find people who are likeminded as ourselves. We enjoy live music, the outdoors, socialising/house dinners and nights out every now and then but ultimately people who are nice (and clean) and want to find somewhere nice and homely to live. We have invested in to the house since buying 3 years ago (just put a brand new kitchen in a year ago).
