3 bedroom flat in hyde park, run by Student Cribs Ltd, need to have a guarentor and be happy to sign the contract. Living with 2 females (i'm the third but leaving due to financial and family issues). Both are lovely and friendly, clean and respectful. The flat has 3 bedrooms (all have keys to lock the individual bedrooms), a communal open plan living/dining/kitchen area, a laundry room and a bathroom. The bedroom comes furnished with a double metal framed bed, a wooden desk, wooden wardrobe space, a set of drawers and a bay window (with double windows). The communal open plan living spaces has a TV, soundbar, sofa, dining table (with 4 chairs), an oven, fridge and freezer as well as microwave, kettle and toaster. Bathroom has no bath but does have a lovely shower. Laundry room has a sink, ironing board, dishwasher and a washer-dryer combo too. This flat is in a block of 4 flats. Its upstairs behind a main key-protected door and your front door too. There's ring doorbells with camera for extra protection. There's a car park off the main street for residents and maintenance staff only. Contract will be sent by a member of the student cribs team, this will have all remaning info and a payment plan (this can be altered to match with student finance/paydays). Guarentor will be needed as a back up incase you cannot make rent. All you need is a council tax excemption form.
