Big double room in fun and yappy terraced house

I’m one of the current flatmates and we’re looking for someone to join our lovely house :)

In general we’re very laid back and chill. Like a good yap when we’re cooking together but all have our own stuff we do on different evenings. The house is just super lovely cosy. Big spaces for the people living here and a space that you can definitely make your own :)

I’m Alex and I provide the beer (work at a brewery in Leeds) the cleaning and the yaps. Although I do spend a lot of my time training for triathlons so out doing that lots. Always down for a pint or a yap however.

Sean
Very musical and a frontman in a band so often spends weekends gigging and sometimes has band practice in the living room. Don’t worry it’s v chill and it’s like having a speaker on while ur cooking but better?!

Sean’s gf and the one who tells Sean off when he has too many of my beers. She dances lots and works at stories (I think that’s what it’s called anyway) in Leeds!

Rent is £425 and bills are £75. £500 altogether :)
