Hey there! 👋

I’ve got a great room available in our lovely house share in Burley, Leeds. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and a new mattress, a chest of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe, so you can settle in comfortably.

You’ll be sharing with me (a 33-year-old professional working full-time) and a 30-year-old professional male, as well as two utterly adorable and super friendly free-roaming bunnies 🐰🐰.

We’re a chilled, sociable household who enjoy the occasional wine, movie night, or cooking together. We’re really into music, so we often head out to gigs, raves, and events – and I’m always up for a good chat about music if that’s your thing too! 🎶

We’re also super into hiking, camping, and long walks – always happy to discover new trails with new people. 🏞️

While we love to hang out, we also respect everyone’s personal space and downtime. I’m very tidy and take pride in keeping the house clean, so I’m looking for someone who is organised and shares the same approach. Age and gender don’t matter – just someone who’s friendly, respectful, and easy-going.

• The tenancy is for a minimum of 6 months.
• Available from 28th February.
• Deposit of £380 (paid directly to the agency).
• All paperwork is being handled by the agency, so you’ll have a smooth, hassle-free process.
