it's a spacious basement room, with its own bathroom. ¡ don't have any photos but here's vids i took from before i moved in. honestly i felt like i had my own little studio flat in this room it's so spacious, however it is a little restricted height wise, the actual room is 6'5 i think, but the hallway goes as low as 5'5, most of my housemates just duck as they're coming into my room.
also i lived there for a year and a half and had no problems with mold, damp, or insects as i know those r the usual issues with basement rooms!
you will need to go through referencing and be officially named on the tenancy (any issues with this we can chat about), but i'm not asking anyone to buy out my deposit.
bills are between £40-90 a month, warmer months are a lot cheaper. it's on burley road near the one stop. amazing location, i have loved living here - so close to aldi, the train station and the bus stop. a big kitchen (2 fridges, gas hob, washer dryer), dining table and separate living room. there are 4 other
lovely people in the house, and the tenancy is until 8th August. there may be an option to renew if you like it too! there's also a front garden and a parking space at the back of the house. you don’t have to be lgbt but u must be queer friendly. :)
