A homely and great value gaff in Burley. 3 of us who have been living here for the past 3 years are leaving Leeds and looking for some friendly housemates to live with our 2 friends.
Here are the details:
-Finance info: £400 per person per month (includes council tax and WiFi)
With bills it’ll average around £440 per person per month.
£125 deposit.
-Current housemates: One is a professional musician / teacher and the other is a PHD student and software developer. Both very lovely.
-Ideal new housemates: They are friendly and tidy people and would want tidy housemates to live with (they’re not clean freaks though, they just like to have a homely atmosphere). They would also like someone who would be up for hanging out, going to the pub or watching a film every now and then etc. Lastly, they’d need people who are tolerant towards music practice. This wouldn’t be excessive and is respectful towards other house mates and neighbours.
-Landlord: We’re lucky to have a very lovely landlord who is very quick to resolve issues and has always been very easy to deal with.
-If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please send me a message and in person viewings can be arranged to see the rooms and meet the existing housemates.
-Additional info: For anyone coming from an existing July-July tenancy, you will be able to move in before your move out date in your current property, this can be discussed in more detail after interest has been made known.
