Our apartment is on the top floor of a purposely built 2-floor building, with a controlled security lock. Brand new shower & bathroom was installed recently. Your rooms (one slightly smaller and cheaper than another), living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet etc are all shown in photos.
On-street parking is available just outside the building.
Bus routes into the city or both universities and convenient shops are 3-4 minutes walk away. Walking into Headingley Centre (Stadium, bars, pubs, restaurants, Otley Run etc) takes 15 minutes. It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Morrisons, Kirkstall Leisure Centre or Bridge Shopping Park. Vue Cinema, Hollywood Bowl, Pizza Hut etc at Cardigan Field Entertainment Complex is within walking distance as well.
This will be a friendly, respectful and tidy home for professionals to relax and enjoy. So I'm looking for someone tidy, clean, professional, who will pay their rent on time and treat the house like their own home. Council Tax Band is A.
