We are three girls who are all doing PhDs at the university of Leeds, looking for someone to take over our friends room who is moving out.
We would love our new housemate to be social and want to join in on house activities: house dinners every so often, movie nights, coffees out etc.
The available room (pictured) is on the top floor. There is street parking available. The tenancy is until 31st June 2025
The house would be perfect for another postgrad student. We’re open to professionals too but they would have to cover council tax (we are currently exempt).
Please get in touch if you’re interested! The room is available from 19th August, but we could be flexible with a later start date if necessary.
