Tenancy Takeover – 2 Rooms Available in 3-Bed House (Burley Park)

We’re looking for two young professionals or students to take over an existing 2-bedroom share in our lovely 3-bed house in Burley Park.

The tenancy would run from the 1st of February until the 30th of June (can be flexible with dates).

The change is simply because we’re heading off travelling, so we’re hoping to find friendly, like-minded people to take our place.

You’ll be living with one remaining housemate, a friendly young professional who’s tidy, sociable, and easy-going.

About the House:
• 3-bedroom house with 2 of which are available
• 2 bathrooms – one bathroom is exclusive to the ground-floor bedroom
• Shared living room and kitchen
• Warm, homely vibe throughout

Location: Burley Park
• Excellent transport links
• 2 minute walk to Burley Park Station (which takes you to city centre in 7 minutes)
• Close to Hyde Park, shops, cafés, kirkstall (your local is the cardigan arms)

Washing machine, tumble drier, 2 fridges(between 3 people), big tv, spare room for storage/ having a friend up to visit.
