Tenancy Takeover

Basement room in a fairly new refurbishment. I am moving due to relocating for a new job opportunity at the beginning of January but still have until the end of March for my tenancy. HOP Property would offer you to then extend your contract after March. The tenancy contract is by each room so there will be no effect on your tenancy if someone else moves out.

Room is available from 1st January but I could potentially do earlier if you wanted to discuss.

In the house there are 5 rooms. 1 with an ensuite and then 4 other rooms that share 2 full size bathrooms. This means you share a bathroom with 1 other person in the house. There is also a toilet on the ground floor separate from the bathrooms.
