I’m looking to handover my tenancy for a spacious room with a jack and jill washroom. Room is fully furnished and quite spacious, has a queen size bed, 4 drawer chest set, bed side stool, study table and chair, and a full size mirror. Also has a wardrobe space. It’s 12 min walking from Burley park station, 5 min walking to headingley market and 2 min to headingley stadium. Kirkstall market is 10 min walk downhill. I also have extra furniture that Im willing to handover like a side decor piece, curtain for the wardrobe and extra storage space boxes and shoe rack. All bills are included in the monthly rent, no overheads. Available from Jan’2026 until June 2026. All nationalities welcome.
