The tenancy is START OR MID JANUARY-30TH JUNE, although the start date is flexible until 1st of February. The rent is £123 a week incl bills and deposit £300. You will need a UK guarantor to sign.

Female tenants prefered as the housemates are female one is a professional and the other is a Leeds Beckett student. We are sociable, clean and polite girls who love both a good night out and a chill night in, but we also value privacy and theres no pressure to socialise. Has a decent sized living room that we love to have girls or games nights.

11 minute walk to Cardigan Fields (with Aldi, Vue, Taco Bell).
3 minute to bus stop, 11 minute walk to Burley Park station easy access to the city centre.
