Female Housemate Needed Asap!

Hi im studying abroad next year and need someone to take over my tenancy preferably female under 25 for our house in Burley Park. The tenancy is 1ST JANUARY-30TH JUNE. It's £123 a WEEK inc bills, double bed with an ensuite bathroom. One of my housemates are a professional and the other is a Leeds Beckett student. We are sociable, clean and polite girls who love both a good night out and a chill night in. The house has 3 beds and 2 baths, with a large living room and nice kitchen. It's close to local shops and has easy access to the city centre via public transport links such as buses and Burley Park Station.
