Double rooms in Burley for rent

Hello, we’re Elisabetta (Betta) and Dayna, and we have two rooms available at our house share in Burley.
A spacious top floor room and a smaller one on first floor. The house has four rooms in total, an en-suite basement room, and three on other floors with another bathroom. Kitchen and living room are shared, and there’s a tiny outside front garden with strawberries during the summer.

We are two professionals (looking ideally for other two female professionals). We enjoy many different kinds of things and respect personal spaces. I’m sure we wouldn’t struggle to find common interests, and if you wanna know something more specific don’t hesitate to message us.

The bills, internet and council tax (band A) are divided among us and currently amount to around £100-£110/month per person. The rent for the top floor room is £335/month, for the smaller one £300/month. For both rooms a deposit of £250 would be required. The landlord is decent and accommodating, very easy-going and not intrusive.

The house is closed to Burley Park, Left Bank and Hyde Park Picture House. The city centre and Headingley are walking distance, plus the area is well served by buses and less than 10 min walking distance from Burley Park train stop. There is a good choice of supermarkets around, pharmacies and GP practice. If you have a car there’s always parking in front of the house.

Top floor room is available from 1st Feb, the other one will be available from end March/1st April (flexible, possibly vacant before).
