We have a spacious top floor double room available in our house. Kitchen and living room are shared, there’s a small outside front garden with strawberries during the summer.
There is also a cat called Babu. He is very quiet and used to not being allowed in other peoples room.
We are three professionals, looking ideally for another professional. We enjoy many different kinds of things and respect personal spaces. I’m sure we wouldn’t struggle to find common interests, and if you wanna know something more specific don’t hesitate to message us.
The bills, internet and council tax are divided among us and currently amount to around £100-£110 a month per person. The rent for this room is £335 per month, and a deposit of £250 would be required. If you have a car there’s always parking in front of the house.
The house is closed to Burley Park, Left Bank and Hyde Park Picture House. The city centre and Headingley are easily reached, plus the area is well served by buses and less than 10 min walk from Burley Park train stop.
