Hello!
I am currently looking for someone to take over my tennancy in a three bedroom house share in Burley, Leeds!
(33 Haddon Avenue LS4)

I am in the process of moving back to Bradford and would really appreciate it if you check this opportunity out.

I currently share the house with my two friends from school (Joe and Tom), both are super relaxed and very easy going:)
If you're into music or cooking or just enjoy a good chat I'm sure you'll have no trouble getting to know them both.

The council tax is running at £73 per month, we pay our bills through uni homes at £119 again per month!

Burley is the perfect location if you require public transport in or out of the city centre. It's a fun and livley place whilst also being resedential so no loud parties to keep you up!
