I am very sadly moving out and looking for someone to take over my ground floor room in a 6 bed house from 1st March right near Burley Park station. Rent is £450 a month including bills!!
The house is very modern and clean, kitchen, living room and bathrooms put in 2021 on street parking and a little yard out the back. Room is furnished with built in wardrobe, draws and side table.
The housemates are all graduates/professionals, currently 3 guys, 2 girls (22- 26yo). We’d like someone clean and tidy and sociable so up for doing things as a house ❤️ I’ve lived here for 2 years and all housemates are lovely!
