Flat share in burley

Hey! We’ve got a lovely room going on Kirkstall Road in a super convenient spot, minutes from Asda, Aldi, the Vue cinema, gyms and loads of cafes and restaurants.

You’d be sharing with three of us in total. It’s a chilled, respectful flat and we’re looking for someone who’s friendly, clean and easy to live with.

City centre is around 10 minutes away by bus, so it’s ideal if you want quick access to town but don’t want to live right in the middle of it. Bills are roughly £100 a month on top of the rent, and there’s a £50 admin fee the letting agents charge when you move in. l
