Hi!

We currently have an opening in a 4-bedroom house in Burley/Headingley area (LS4 2SA.) The house is very near the main shops in Headingley, the Morrison's in Kirkstall and has very easy access into Leeds City Centre.

We're all queer, artists and very friendly, and looking forward to getting to know some lovely new people! We're all big fans of cooking and films, two of us being filmmaking graduates and the other being an illustration graduate, and would love someone who wants to be part of communal meals etc.

Tenancy is from July 1st 2026 to June 30th 2027, via Linley and Simpson, formerly Sugarhouse.

Rent is £564.88 pppm, including unlimited bills and utilities. Deposit is £300.

Application is very simple, although the landlords do request that your guarantor earns above £25k, which they annoyingly won’t move on.

Linked as well the 360 tour off the house, as the pictures are terrible currently, you would be having the larger room on the ground floor, at the front of the house.

As it is on the ground floor, this room is far more accessible than the other 3 on the 1st floor. There is only one bathroom and it is on the 1st floor, which does limit accessibility, unfortunately.
