One room available in house share in Burley 💖

Our current flatmate Hope is moving out so we are looking for someone to take her room. 3 bedroom flat, on the top two floors of an end of terrace house. Kitchen/living room and one bathroom.

Current tenants are myself (Abbie, 27, NHS Genetics Lab technician) and Alise (22, Flood Risk Engineer). I have lived in the flat since 2021 so almost 5 years, and Alise has lived here since Summer 2025.

We are ideally looking for another girlie/trans/NB person! Hopefully for someone who is looking to stick around long term too. We are fairly tidy but not uptight about things, we share things but just ask that whoever moves in is respectful of shared things and shared spaces, especially given the flat is fairly small (that being said it isn’t much of an issue, and it’s a steal anyway)!

Bills are all done by me separate to the rent and include council tax (band A), electricity (no gas), wi-fi, and tv licence. Water is currently included in the rent payment.
